Holly & Gianluca are the owners of Michel'angelo, a restaurant and cooking school on the island of Capri. The restaurant opened in 2009 and their cooking school in 2015 and they have since held over 650 classes with guests from all over the world. Most recently they took their Caprese cooking school on tour to the USA and Canada in January/February 2020, holding cooking classes in collaboration with EATALY at sold out events at their New York Flatiron, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Toronto locations.


They have a passion for sharing the island's cuisine, Gianluca's family recipes and their life on the island and at their latest venture, opening in 2021, they will also be sharing a piece of garden paradise on the island as they grow their own produce on a spectacular seaview property, the Giardino di Capri, next to the Blue Grotto. After 12 years at Ristorante Michel'angelo, they are relocating their unique food experiences (cooking classes, tasting sessions, aperitivo evenings, gourmet picnics, olive harvests and more) to the Giardino di Capri and look forward to the next chapter.
